My approach is centered on Fueling Intentional Transformation through high level nutrition coaching, tools for success and a knowledge base that will last a lifetime.

About Me

Jill is a homeschooling Mom of 4, and a Certified Macro-Based Nutrition Coach who is passionate about helping busy Moms, women and parents learn how to adequately fuel their body and life through balanced nutrition and movement habits. Jill loves spending time with her family, serving at her church, cooking, lifting heavy weights and the beach!

I feel like it’s almost an epiphany moment of leaning what nutrition ​is. Like, I have always heard things such as "read the labels" and "stay ​under your daily calories" and "good fats, bad fats, low calorie, low ​carb, more protein, etc." But its kind of like a second language, sure ​you can phonetically sound out word in a different language, but ​that does not mean you will understand any content. Now, I feel like ​I have knowledge that I understand, goals that I can reach, and focus ​for a life time change that I am seeing work.

My macro-based approach will teach you how to choose foods that fulfill your unique nutritional profile with plenty of room to still enjoy the foods you love.
